How soon should I get there before my appointment?

You should arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your first service.  This will enable you to relax and let us take down you information.  It also gives you time to change into the appropriate attire  You will want to take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with our salon.

What about children?

While Spa98 Salon is designed to accommodate the entire family, it is an adult environment. We ask that for the safety of your children that if they must come with you that they remain with you at all times and remain quiet.  Any guest under age 18 receiving services,  must have a signed waiver from a parent or guardian.

What should I wear?

If you plan on using any of our coed sauna or any water therapies, you will need to bring your bathing suit.  Undergarments may be worn if you prefer.

Are children allowed in the Spa?

While Spa98 Spa is a family friendly environment, it is our goal to maintain a relaxing atmosphere and we therefore, request that children not enter the spa area. Please keep all talking at a whisper once you have entered the spa and all cell phones and pagers must be turned off.

What about someone under 18?

Any guest under age 18 receiving services, must have a signed waiver from a parent or guardian. You may request a male or female service provider.

What about health issues?

Please inform us if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, allergies or any condition that may be affected by your visit with us.

What about Gift Cards?

Give an experience! Spa98 gift cards may be used towards any service or product and can be purchased in any dollar amount. Available at Spa98 or on our website Gift Card page. Packages must be used within one year however, value of gift card does not expire.

What about reservations?

In order to hold your reservation, we must have a credit card on file.  However, no charges will be applied to the card if the cancellation policy is followed.

What about cancellations?

Spa98 is a small facility and we go above and beyond to meet your needs as a local, along with the tourist that visit our area.  Due to a high volume of appointment requests, we have a $50 fee in place if you cancel or no show within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.  Failure to no-show completely will result in a charge of 50% for the cost of the booked service.

What about Online Appointments?

When scheduling your appointment online, any failure to show for your appointment will result in loss of right to Online Booking Program.

What about payment for services?
We will accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.  However, for any returned check we will charge a $30.00 fee.
What about gratuities?

If you enjoyed your service, gratuities are very much appreciated but are always at our guests’ discretion. Spa98 accepts gratuities through credit card, gift card and check. Cash may also be given to the service provider.

What about special packages?

Package prices expire one year from purchase. All services must be rendered the same day unless stated.

Are my personal items safe?

It is best to leave your valuables at home as Spa98 cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.
